As part of our continued investment in Corporate Security, we are strengthening our security function and are looking for an experienced Group Security Advisor to help protect our people, facilities, information, assets and reputation.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and further develop our security capabilities in Sweden.
Working closely with both local and international colleagues, you will help embed security across the organization, ensuring resilience, compliance and trust in everything we do.
You will work alongside with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and other key stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance with Swedish legislation, corporate security frameworks and customer requirements. In addition, you will lead Fujitsu Sweden’s Business Continuity Management capability, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond to and recover from disruptive events.
As part of a broader global security community, you will collaborate with Security Advisors and Technical Security Advisors across Fujitsu. While each role brings its own area of expertise, we work together with a shared purpose: protecting our people, customers, operations and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with the Swedish Protective Security Act and other applicable security regulations;
- Serve as a trusted security advisor to the Swedish Leadership Team;
- Support sales activities, customer engagements and bid reviews from a corporate security perspective;
- Lead and coordinate security audits, inspections and follow-up activities;
- Act as Facility Security Officer where required;
- Lead and continuously improve Fujitsu Sweden’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, including governance, planning, exercising and assurance;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and relevant authorities to strengthen Fujitsu’s overall security posture;
- Lead security investigations and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions when required;
- Develop and manage processes and instructions related to identity management, ID cards, Access Control, CCTV (where applicable) and personnel identification;
- Ensure personnel security vetting is conducted in accordance with Swedish legislation and Fujitsu policies.
At least 5 years of experience in corporate security, protective security, risk management, law enforcement or the military;
Good knowledge of the Swedish Protective Security Act and related regulations;
Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management and organizational resilience;
The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization;
Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or equivalent are considered an advantage;
- Be a Swedish National.
