Schneider Electric is looking for an ambitious and strategic Offer Management Director to lead our Digital Energy portfolio across the Nordic Baltic Zone.
In this leadership role, you will drive growth, profitability, and market expansion for our Digital Energy offers, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Detection, Metering & Power Monitoring and related Software and Services.
As a member of the Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Leadership Team, you will define and execute our offer strategy, lead a team of offer managers, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Global Business Units to accelerate business growth and strengthen Schneider Electric's market position.
You will report directly to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the 3-year Offer Growth Strategy for the Nordic Baltic Zone.

Drive profitable growth across our portfolio of Fire, BMS, Metering, Power Monitoring, and Software solutions.

Lead pricing, portfolio management, lifecycle management, and commercial excellence initiatives.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Drive innovation and digital transformation through new offers and solutions.

Develop and lead a high-performing Offer Management team across the region.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Global Offer teams to maximize business impact.
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Strong experience in Offer Management, Product Management, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership.

Proven ability to drive strategic growth and business transformation.

Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading in a matrix organization.

Understanding of building technologies, software, digital services, and energy management solutions.

Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
