Join Our Customer Service Team – German Speaking Customer Service Representative

At Ejendals, we're looking for a motivated and service-minded Customer Service Representative to join our team in Leksand and support our customers across the DACH region.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop professionally while working in an international company with well-known brands and customers across Europe.
The role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the main points of contact for our customers in the DACH market. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that orders, enquiries, and requests are handled professionally and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders and enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting customers with product information and order-related questions
- Working closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Ensuring accurate order entry and administration in our business systems
- Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service
- Helping customers find solutions and creating a positive customer experience
Your profile
We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You don't need many years of experience—we value attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn just as much as previous work experience.
We believe you:
- Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Have completed secondary school (or equivalent)
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and digital business systems
- Enjoy helping customers and solving problems
- Are organised, positive, and proactive
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
It’s a plus if you:
- Speak Swedish
- Have experience from customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or similar service-oriented roles
- Have worked with order management or ERP systems
