We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our headquarters in Linköping. This is more than a traditional Customer Success Manager role; you’ll combine customer engagement with product analysis and domain expertise, acting as the link between our customers and product teams. By turning customer insights into innovative solutions, you’ll help shape the next generation of digital road infrastructure while becoming a go-to-partner to our customers.
Your role and team
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary contact for our customers and are responsible for ensuring their long-term success with our connected product portfolio. You'll work closely with customers to understand their challenges, help them maximize the value of our solutions, and act as a bridge between customer needs and product development.
You will join a team of three Customer Success Managers and work closely with our developers, architects, product managers, sales & business developers. Together, we combine deep domain expertise with cross-functional collaboration to develop solutions that create real value for our customers.
The role includes occasional travel to customer sites and industry events, primarily within Europe.
Your key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Support customers through onboarding, use-case analysis, training, and ongoing guidance on our products, dashboards, and analytics tools.

Manage customer and commercial administration.

Keep customers informed about the product roadmap, new features, and best practices.

Continuously improve customer processes by streamlining deliveries and reducing manual work.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists in an agile environment.

Contribute to the long-term development and digital transformation of the road infrastructure sector.

Must-have:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent engineering discipline.

Experience in road infrastructure, road asset management, pavement management, or transportation systems.

Experience with data analysis.

Excellent written and spoken English.
It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:

Strong understanding of road engineering principles and infrastructure maintenance process.

Professional proficiency in Swedish
