We are looking for our next Content Production & Sample Coordinator
In this role, you are the central link between our Product and Content teams, ensuring all product samples are tracked, prepared and available throughout their lifecycle. You are responsible for maintaining a best-in-class sample management process while supporting the successful delivery of e-commerce, campaign and social content productions. Working closely with the Content Producer, you help create the conditions for smooth, efficient and accurate content creation across all channels.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are the central link between Product and Content - someone who thrives on organisation, coordination and problem-solving. You ensure every sample is exactly where it needs to be, support productions behind the scenes and on set, and help create an efficient workflow that enables exceptional content creation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own and maintain the seasonal sample inventory across e-commerce, campaign, social media, retail and special projects.
Act as the primary contact for sample coordination between Product (Footwear & Ready-to-Wear), Merchandising and Content teams.
Manage the end-to-end sample tracking process, ensuring complete visibility of sample locations, usage and availability.
Ensure all samples are received, organised, prepared, maintained and returned according to established processes.
Coordinate sample pulls, preparation, steaming, packing, shipping and returns for all productions.
Support the Content Producer with production planning, logistics and administrative coordination.
Provide hands-on support during e-commerce, campaign and social shoots, ensuring product accuracy and smooth on-set operations.
Assist the Social Creative and wider Content team with production requirements, sample management and content execution.
Support studio organisation and maintain a production-ready environment at all times.
Monitor sample condition and inventory accuracy, proactively escalating shortages or issues.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sample management and production workflows.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
1-3 years' experience in production, coordination, studio operations or a related role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, reliable and hands-on approach.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising and Content teams.
Passion for fashion, content creation and creative production is a plus.
