Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years, counted from the final bid submission date, supporting the modernization of IT systems from legacy mainframe environments to modern platforms within a government authority.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in planning the development of IT support for large and complex financial flows, such as tax collection, payment flows, invoicing, accounting, or equivalent within a government authority.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in describing and documenting business processes, information flows, concepts, business rules, or requirements as a basis for IT-related development work. Experience must include working with the modeling or requirements management tool Enterprise Architect.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in business development, business analysis, requirements management, development leadership, or equivalent IT-related business development.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working at the intersection of business and IT, such as assignments where business needs have been translated into requirements, solution documentation, or development activities together with IT-related roles.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working with agile methodologies in development, maintenance, or business development assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years documenting business and IT-related requirements in a way that can be used by development teams, such as user stories, use cases, process descriptions, acceptance criteria, requirement specifications, or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years analyzing business needs and identifying problems, improvement areas, and development opportunities in IT-related development or transformation initiatives.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, maintenance teams, architects, and other stakeholders in complex IT-related assignments.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years in requirements management and requirements analysis in IT-related development, transformation, maintenance, or modernization initiatives.
