In this role, you will combine finance, controlling, business development, and strategic project management to support financial governance, improve decision-making, and drive cross-functional initiatives. You will work in a dynamic R&D environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business areas and international organizations.
About the Role
As a Business Developer Controlling, you will:
- Drive strategic finance and controlling initiatives
- Develop and improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and follow-up processes
- Analyze financial data and identify key business drivers to support decision-making
- Support prioritization of investments together with business stakeholders
- Develop financial governance models, management processes, and internal controls
- Clarify financial roles, responsibilities, and interfaces across organizations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to leverage digitalization and AI to improve financial processes and business performance
- Support financial activities related to externally funded projects when applicable
