- Strong financial and analytical skills, including valuation and business case development
- Experience with transaction processes and working in multi-stakeholder environments
- Clear and confident communication skills in Swedish and English
- A curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- A relevant academic degree, for example in Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar
