The role
You'll guide how large organisations transform their identity and access, advising their security and technology leaders on where to go, and running the programmes that take them there. You'll build long-term relationships, understand what a client actually needs, and shape work that creates real value for them. The trust this role rests on is earned through two things: the technical credibility to engage on complex topics without reaching for a script, and the judgement to own outcomes in environments that are rarely tidy. Increasingly that includes helping clients prepare for and benefit from AI securely. Deciding who and what can act on a system is not a technical detail at this level — it's a strategic one, with regulatory and commercial weight. You'll carry both the delivery and the relationship across a varied client portfolio, and contribute to growing the practice in the process.
