We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team of a leading global Swedish company specializing in security, access and entrance solutions.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of financial reporting and financial operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards, and the overall effectiveness of financial operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to work in a large, international manufacturing environment with exposure to group reporting, statutory accounting, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with the finance team on monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for Swedish entities.

Deliver timely and accurate OneStream submissions and financial statements.

Build and improve sustainable accounting processes together with the team.

Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting records.

Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure strong supporting documentation.

Prepare statutory accounts for the Swedish legal entity and help coordinate local filings in alignment with Group policies.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Train junior team members in accounting processes and best practices.

Partner with Business Area Finance, Group Reporting, and cross-functional teams to proactively resolve financial and accounting issues.
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production company is highly preferred.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

Experience working with OneStream or a similar group reporting/consolidation platform is highly advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with finance teams and stakeholders across different functions.
