Lead and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet business and customer requirements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Drive operational performance through effective resource planning, inventory accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Develop and maintain warehouse procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.

Warehousing experience, leadership experience would be an advantage.

Fluent Swedish language skills and good English language skills

Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.

Advanced PC and Excel skills.

Hands-on, customer-focused, and self-motivated mindset.
