As part of our Direct-To-Consumer team, you'll ensure every customer interaction reflects the SWEED brand. Your days will be varied and include everything from customer support to personalized product guidance and operational coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting our customers via email and live chat with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Providing personalized product recommendations and sharing your expertise to help customers find the right products for their needs.
Hosting online 1:1 consultations, including shade matching and product guidance.
Managing customer orders, returns, and delivery inquiries.
Coordinating with our warehouse and logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
Identifying recurring customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Acting as the voice of our customers by sharing valuable insights with the Product, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.

What we're looking for

To thrive in this role, you are someone who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. You're organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.

We believe you'll succeed if you have:

Experience within beauty, skincare, makeup, or retail.
A genuine passion for customer experience and helping others.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
A positive, solution-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
The ability to take ownership and stay calm in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
