As Maintenance Planner, you schedule all the phases of maintenance operations in an efficient manner by assigning activities to the workforce (Air Liquide Field technicians and sub-contractors) and contacting customers regularly to inquire about interventions in order to ensure planning integrity and to address emergency work.
The maintenance planners lead the workforce to comply with the daily/weekly maintenance schedules in an effort to achieve the highest degree of installation and equipment effectiveness (reliability ; costs...).
He/she oversees the work achievement according Air Liquide European and local safety procedures. The accountabilities of this job must be accomplished in a manner which supports and promotes the Zero safety incidents goal and customer satisfaction. He/she implements the environmental legislation, works in line with the ISO 14001 standard, respects the good environmental practices and shows a positive attitude with regard to the preservation of the environment.
Missions and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Release preventive work orders in SAP, orders necessary equipment and spare parts, and coordinates with Air Liquide or external resources for execution of preventive interventions up till closure of the orders.
Respond to technical problems, reported internally (drivers, Air Liquide employees) and externally (customers, transporters) in a timely fashion, assesses criticality of technical issues and plans accordingly, coordinating and communicating with needed resources and other stakeholders.
Ensure cohesion in the planning, plans intervention in an optimal way, combining preventive and corrective, adapts maintenance plans and execution dates when beneficial, takes into account overtime technicians and external factors (eg: traffic jams, long distances, ..) and assigns work forces according to qualification and know-how
Technical Interest (up to Bachelor or similar degree), administrative and technical support skills (maintenance, engineering, planning)
Knowledge of current software systems
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Languages: Swedish, Finish, good English skills, Danish is a plus
Very good communication skills: Ability to transfer information to different stakeholders and to conduct trustful customer conversations
Strong listening and interpersonal skills: Ability to understand customer issues and to answer with empathy
Can set priorities and works in an efficient, orderly and structured way
