We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes ownership of the full customer journey, builds lasting relationships, and ensures a smooth experience from order to invoice — to join our team. Does that sound like you?
You will be the main point of contact for a dedicated group of customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Working closely with Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Take ownership of the full order-to-invoice process for your own group of customers and business area.

Be the main contact person for your customers, handling their orders, questions and requests, and making sure their voice is heard internally.

Work closely with our Sales, Production, Planning and Logistics teams to secure smooth deliveries and a positive customer experience.

Be part of a supportive Business Line team, where you also help colleagues as a backup when needed.

University education or equivalent in sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution — or experience in a similar role, for example in a travel agency, transport/logistics company or other customer-focused business.

Good IT skills and experience with order-entry or booking systems.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Customer-focused and social, and you enjoy building trust and long-term relationships.

Confident in your skills and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Well-organized, efficient and able to prioritize when you have many tasks at the same time.

Comfortable in commercial communication and can express yourself clearly and professionally in all customer contacts.
