Do you enjoy owning complex projects end to end and making sure they get delivered smoothly, even when things get complicated?
Nice to meet you! I'm Milja Valentine (https://www.linkedin.com/in/milja-valentine/), a Senior Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Jarno Tenni (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jarnotenni/), our VP of Engineering, we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

You will be working closely with our customers, sales, product, and support teams to make sure things get done. As we're expanding our Project Management team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape this role. The scope and responsibilities will be aligned with your experience and the value you bring.

-
A chance to help build and shape how project management works at LeadDesk, contributing to processes and best practices
-
Freedom to use modern AI and automation tools in your daily work in the way that best supports your workflow
-
Flexible and hybrid work model with 3 days a week at our welcoming Stockholm office
-
Opportunity for occasional travel to support projects across the Nordics and Europe
-
Join a publicly listed SaaS company that develops its own technology and continues to invest in innovation and development
-
Experience a truly international work environment, collaborating with colleagues from 27 nationalities across 7 countries
What you can expect as a Senior Project Manager at LeadDesk
This is a hands-on delivery role where no two projects are the same. You will carry a portfolio of concurrent projects, ranging from new enterprise customer implementations to significant expansions within existing accounts, each with its own stakeholder landscape, timeline, and dependencies.
- Owning the full project lifecycle from pre-contract project planning and kick-off through delivery, testing, and handover to customer success
-
Driving project governance by setting up and running steering group meetings, both internal and with customers
-
Coordinating cross-functional project teams across support, R&D, product, and sales to ensure delivery stays on track
-
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, understanding their needs and escalating when needed
-
Running customer workshops and keeping communication clear and consistent internally and externally
-
Monitoring task completion and surfacing risks early, with the ownership to address them
-
Planning and managing handover to customer success and support teams so the transition is smooth and service continuity is maintained
What success looks like in this role in the first 6 months and beyond
- You have taken ownership of your project portfolio and manage it independently
-
Projects are progressing on time and within scope, with customers and internal stakeholders informed and aligned throughout
-
You have built strong working relationships across the organisation and are a trusted delivery partner
-
Steering group processes are in place and running well, both internally and with customers
-
You have a clear approach to handovers and customer success teams know what to expect when a project closes
This is where the match happens
Must-haves
- At least a few years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects
-
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions such as sales, product, and technical teams
-
Hands-on and structured way of working. You get things done, follow through, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
-
Experience running steering group processes, whether internal or with external customers
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike
-
High stress tolerance and resilience. You do not own all the resources, but you know how to get results through people
-
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the SaaS or contact center industry
-
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
-
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)

Practicalities
- Location: Stockholm (hybrid work model, 3 days a week at the office)
-

-
Start date: As agreed together. The sooner, the better
-
Employment: Full-time and permanent
