At SAS, we are transforming airline retailing and creating more relevant, personalized and seamless customer experiences across the travel journey. We are looking for a commercially driven professional to shape, develop and continuously improve our customer offering, ancillary portfolio and retail capabilities.
In this role, you will own and evolve key elements of the SAS commercial offering, from ticket types and ancillary products to strategic customer concepts and retail experiences. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that our offers create value for customers while driving revenue growth, conversion and long-term competitiveness.
You will play a central role in shaping how SAS presents, packages, merchandise, and commercializes products and services across digital channels. As SAS continues its journey towards modern airline retailing, you will help drive increased personalization, dynamic offer capabilities, and continuous innovation creating a compelling customer experience while supporting sustainable growth across our commercial offering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and launch of new ancillary products and services, from opportunity assessment, business case development to stakeholder alignment go-to-market planning and implementation.
Own the roadmap, commercial performance, customer adoption, and lifecycle management of strategic customer concepts such as Travel Pass, Stopover and Youth, while shaping future proposition areas.
Define and optimize ticket products, bundles, ancillary propositions and customer offerings, ensuring a compelling balance between customer value and commercial performance
Own the commercial product roadmap for Ancillary, Manage My Booking and Check-in, defining priorities, business requirements and customer value to deliverinitiatives that drive revenue growth, conversion and customer experience
Drive merchandising and retailing by optimizing assortment, placement, presentation and conversion across retail touchpoints, while leading the transformation towards modern airline retailing,
Build a customer-led offering portfolio that meets evolving customer needs while driving commercial performance.
Improve conversion, merchandising effectiveness and customer experience across key retail touchpoints and channels.

The Ancillary & Retail team is responsible for developing and commercializing SAS' customer offering beyond the flight ticket. We create and optimize products, services and customer experiences that make travel more relevant, personalized and valuable for our customers, while driving revenue growth across the travel journey. By combining commercial thinking, customer insights and innovation, we maximize customer value, deliver commercial results, and help shape the future of airline retailing at SAS.

Experienced in product management, e-commerce, digital sales and retailing, revenue management or related commercial disciplines.

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
