Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help position SEB Kort Group at the forefront of search across traditional and AI-powered experiences.
We are looking for a Search Experience Manager to lead and develop our approach to SEO, AI visibility and digital discoverability.
As our search expert, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on expertise. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, UX, Technology and business teams to turn technical insights into clear priorities and practical improvements.
With a strong focus on B2B customer journeys, you will help ensure that our brands remain visible, trusted and competitive as search behaviours continue to evolve.
Work with content teams, CMS owners and developers to improve content discoverability, website structure, metadata and indexing.
You combine strong SEO expertise with the ability to communicate, collaborate and drive progress through others. You are comfortable taking the lead in your area of expertise, even without formal people management responsibility, and working with both internal stakeholders and external partners to turn strategy and expertise into action.
