Airmee is a rapidly scaling last-mile logistics platform, backed by Bonnier Capital and other leading investors. We’re on a strong growth trajectory — from SEK 600 MSEK revenue in 2025 to +SEK 900M projected in 2026 (meaning an annual growth rate of approx. 50%), we are also growing profitably with margins improving as we grow.
You’ll join a high-ownership, fast-moving environment: large enough to operate at real scale, yet flexible and lean enough that you can make a visible impact quickly.
We build the best delivery experience in the world by making logistics faster, smarter, and more sustainable. At Airmee, no task is beneath anyone — leaders lead through daily execution, high ownership, and clear accountability.
Our customers are online retailers. At their checkout, Airmee appears as one of several delivery options — with a lead time, a price, and a service description. That’s where the shopper decides, and where an incorrect lead time or a missing coverage area costs us volume even when the delivery itself is flawless.
This role owns that layer: new merchants get connected quickly, stay correctly configured, present Airmee accurately to consumers, and get a fast answer when something breaks. No logistics or e-commerce background needed — curiosity, structure, and comfort in systems will take you further here than industry experience.
Own how Airmee is presented in our customers’ checkouts: lead times, coverage areas, delivery windows, naming, and price display — the parameters that drive conversion.
Audit live checkouts on a set cadence, flag where we’re shown incorrectly or not shown at all, and drive the correction with Account Management — with evidence, a clear recommendation, and follow-up until it’s live.
Get new customers live fast: configure and test their setup before launch, and shorten the time from signed contract to first shipment.
Be first line for customer technical queries: triage the same day, resolve configuration issues yourself, escalate genuine bugs to Engineering with what they need, and close the loop with the customer.
Run recurring configuration checks so errors surface before the customer or our own operations do.
Act as our contact towards the platforms our customers run on — checkout, shipping, warehouse, and tracking systems — and push Airmee’s requirements onto their roadmaps.
Feed recurring issues and customer requirements back into product, documentation, and onboarding.
Curious about how systems connect: you want to know why something behaves the way it does, not just how to work around it.
Structured and detail-driven: you build repeatable routines instead of solving the same problem twice.
Commercially aware: you read a wrong lead time as lost volume, not just a settings error.
High ownership: you take initiative without waiting for perfect structure.
Confident with stakeholders: customers and partners trust you, and you’re comfortable telling them what needs to change.
Resilient: you keep momentum in peak season and shifting priorities.
Systems thinker and fast learner: you grasp the full chain from checkout to doorstep, and pick up the details quickly.
Your profile could be one of the following:
A recent technical degree — for example Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Physics, or Software Engineering — from KTH, Chalmers, LTH, Uppsala, Linköping, or an equivalent international university.
Or 1–3 years in technical customer success, technical support, implementation, or onboarding, where you’ve taken customer problems from report to resolution.
In both cases, we’re looking for:
Comfort working in dashboards, configuration tools, and integrations. You won’t write platform code, but you should be interested in what happens beneath the interface.
The ability to own a process end-to-end and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
Professional Swedish and English — you’ll work with Swedish customers and international platform partners.
