Mölnlycke is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join its Digital Customer Engagement team at the headquarters in Gothenburg. Reporting to the Digital Area Manager, this role will support the digital sales strategy and drive the delivery of CRM capabilities that enable the entire commercial organization to achieve its objectives.
Why This Role Matters
The Digital Product Owner is accountable for defining the digital product vision and development roadmap, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business priorities and customer needs. The role leads the product DevOps team and is responsible for creating, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver against product KPIs, critical deadlines and operational reliability.
In this role, you will:
Product Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement
- Curate the vision and strategy for the Digital Product in collaboration with stakeholders, and communicating this effectively to the team members as well as stakeholders outside the team and Digital Product Area
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture needs that the team translates into requirements and align expectations with delivery timelines.

Communicate progress, changes, and potential challenges effectively to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Product Backlog Management and Leading the DevOps team

Create, refine and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with product objectives, KPIs and efficient operations

Accountable for developing and articulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and other backlog items that clearly define the scope of work. Ensure that DevOps team has a clear understanding of the "what" and "why" for each task or feature.

Actively lead or participate in agile/sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Actively identify dependencies towards other teams or and engage in resolution activities incl cross team planning to succeed in cross team deliveries. Understand your product´s or capability´s role in the eco-system and how other teams are dependent on you

Actively identify requirements from company initiatives/projects that impacts the product/team to engage in resolution activities incl cross team planning to succeed in cross team deliveries

Setting prioritization in terms of capacity, including flagging change in resource needs to resource owner(s)
Supports the budget owner(s) in budget-planning for the Digital Product Area

Value Delivery and Optimization:

Continuously evaluate product performance and outcomes to ensure alignment with product objectives and customer needs. Responsible for following up on product KPIs and OKRs, and if needed steer the team's direction to meet set KPIs/OKRs
- Ensure that each product delivery meets the agreed-upon definition of done.

Analyze data and collect feedback from many users/customers, stakeholders and end-users to inspire refinement of the product and address emerging needs.

Market and Industry Insights
As a Digital Product Owner in CRM, you may act as “Initiative lead” for any DCE cross team initiatives that needs active leadership in delivering the intended result (Definition of Done) as defined in the Initiative.

What you bring
Must haves :
-
Minimum 8 years of experience developing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In depth platform knowledge of Salesforce as a platform to enable business impact

University degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing empowered agile digital product teams in product strategy, product discovery, product development and product operations including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes

Credibility and team leadership qualities with the ability to create trust with a set of diverse stakeholders and willingness to take accountability for the outcome and value creation
