Our European team is building from the ground up — a dedicated, high-performing SAP sales and delivery organisation spanning DACH, UKI, FR/BeLux, Iberia, Nordics, and Italy. We combine Accenture's global SAP depth with the agility and commercial instincts of a focused growth business.

You Are:

As Account Executive for ADVANCE CORE, you will own the end-to-end sales

process for GROW with SAP / S/4HANA Public Cloud opportunities in the €300M–€3B segment. ADVANCE CORE is Accenture Edge's volume engine — productised, fixed-scope, fixed-price packages (Lite from €350K, Core from €600K, Prime from €1.2M) that enable mid-market companies to move to SAP Public Cloud in weeks, not years.

You thrive in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment and know how to position a packaged ERP solution compellingly to CFOs, COOs, and IT Directors in mid-market companies.

Travel is required for this role. Expected travel is approximately 20–30% depending on business need, client requirements, and market activation activities.

Responsibilities:

Own and grow a portfolio of GROW with SAP / S/4HANA Public Cloud opportunities in your market

Drive full sales cycle for ADVANCE CORE packages (Lite from €350K, Core from €600K, Prime from €1.2M)

Originate new logo opportunities via outbound prospecting, SAP co-sell, and ecosystem partners

Qualify and progress opportunities rapidly; typical sales cycle 3–6 months

Partner with Solution Architects on solution demos and scoping

Co-sell alongside SAP MEE GROW with SAP field teams and partner ecosystem

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and contribute to weekly deal reviews

Contribute to local marketing events, webinars, and campaign follow-up

Here's What You Need:

Minimum qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience in SAP, ERP, SaaS, or cloud services

Minimum 2 years selling SAP cloud solutions (GROW with SAP, S/4HANA Public Cloud, or equivalent SaaS ERP)

Proven track record originating and closing new logos in a mid-market or SME segment

Comfortable selling productised, fixed-scope solutions — you position the offering, not a bespoke proposal

Experience with co-sell motions with SAP or other cloud vendor field teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Professional qualifications:

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure

Excellent communication — written, oral and interpersonal

Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character

Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) strongly preferred
