We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager, Digital Industries Sweden
Lead the Digital Industries Territory Sales team in Sweden, driving profitable growth, sales excellence, and customer engagement while building a high-performing sales culture and strong collaboration across Sweden and the Nordic region.
As Territory Sales Manager for Digital Industries (DI) Sweden, you will lead the team of Account Managers responsible for driving growth and customer development across the Swedish market. You will translate business strategy into sales execution, develop the capabilities of the sales team, and ensure a disciplined and systematic approach to opportunity management, forecasting, and customer engagement.
You will work closely with the other Sales channels, Sales Acceleration and the extended DI organization to maximize customer value and commercial performance. Your focus will be to strengthen sales effectiveness, build a strong performance culture, develop customer relationships, and ensure consistent execution across the entire sales lifecycle.

Leading, coaching, and developing the Territory Sales organization across Sweden, creating a high-performing and customer-focused team.

Driving sales performance including order intake, growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline quality.

Translating business priorities and growth ambitions into clear sales plans, actions, and performance targets.

Establishing a strong sales mindset focused on customer value, accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.

Developing sales capabilities through coaching, people development and sharing of best practices.

Ensuring systematic opportunity management, account planning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting processes across the sales organization.

Supporting Account Managers in strategic customer engagements, complex opportunities, negotiations, and commercial decisions.

Driving adoption of sales tools, sales processes, and sales frameworks to improve consistency and execution quality.

Collaborating closely with the Sales organization and the wider DI organization across Sweden, the Nordics, and globally to create customer value and accelerate growth.

Representing Digital Industries in customer, industry, and market forums, strengthening Siemens' position as a trusted technology partner.
You’ll win us over by:

Your proven experience in sales within industrial automation, software, digitalization, electrification, or other complex B2B solution businesses.

Your good understanding of the Swedish industrial market and customer landscape.

Your previous people leadership experience (preferred), combined with a demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and influence others.

Your experience driving sales performance through structured opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline development, and account planning.

Your demonstrated ability to build a strong performance culture focused on execution, customer value, and continuous improvement.

Your strong commercial acumen across value selling, profitability, forecasting, and risk management.

Your experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions, countries, and business units.
