Accelerate Your Career: Solution Sales Executive – Cloud & Technology
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in IT consulting, technology solutions, and cloud services? Do you have an established network within the cloud ecosystem and experience working with hyperscalers such as Microsoft and/or AWS?
Devoteam is seeking a highly motivated Solution Sales Executive to join our expanding cloud and technology practice. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling consulting services, cloud solutions, software and technology products, with a strong focus on professional services and value-added solutions.
What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan: Target key accounts, identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.

Drive solution and license sales: Identify opportunities to sell technology products, software licenses, subscriptions and cloud solutions alongside professional services, creating comprehensive solutions that deliver business value to our clients.

Leverage your cloud ecosystem network: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the cloud ecosystem, particularly within Microsoft and/or AWS. Existing relationships with sales representatives, account executives, partner managers and other key ecosystem stakeholders are highly valued.

Understand partner programs and funding: Stay informed about relevant Microsoft and AWS products, partner programs, incentives and funding opportunities, and understand how these can be leveraged to create value for customers and support successful sales engagements.

Become a Trusted Advisor: Conduct in-depth needs assessments, understand client challenges, and position Devoteam as a strategic technology partner.

Deliver Winning Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the business value of our cloud, technology and consulting offerings.

Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with technical consultants, architects and delivery teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements and create successful outcomes.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead complex negotiations and secure favorable commercial terms while maximizing revenue, profitability and long-term customer value.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a strong understanding of evolving cloud technologies, software licensing models, hyperscaler offerings and market trends.
Qualifications

Proven Sales Success: A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within IT consulting, technology services, software or cloud.

Cloud & Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing and modern technology solutions, with experience in one or more major cloud ecosystems.

License & Software Sales: Experience selling software licenses, subscriptions, cloud consumption or other technology products is highly desirable.

Hyperscaler Network: An established network within Microsoft and/or AWS is a strong advantage. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with sales, account management, and partner management stakeholders within these ecosystems.

Partner Programs & Funding: Understanding of Microsoft and/or AWS partner programs, products, incentives and funding mechanisms, and the ability to identify opportunities to use these to support customer engagements.

Enterprise Focus: Experience selling to enterprise clients, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Communication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly.

Negotiation & Closing Prowess: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable deals.

Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field.
