Mölnlycke is seeking a Tech Lead CRM to join the Digital Customer Engagement team, based at its headquarters in Gothenburg. Reporting to the Digital Area Manager, this role will contribute to the global CRM DevOps team’s mission by providing technical leadership for the development and operation of CRM solutions.

In this role, you will:

Responsibility to drive and lead the development of CRM Solutions.

Lead and support the team in platform development, technical architecture, and engineering work.

Hands-on platform development in initiatives and proof of concepts, and contribute to DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.

Develops and manages architectural and software development artifacts for applications in scope

Responsible for securing and safeguarding the integrity of the solution architecture in line with domain architecture.

Drives and follows up key decisions regarding architecture and design for a specific solution that is flexible, re-usable and in sync with changing business needs.

Promotion of best practice architecture to secure robust solutions.

Develop and maintain expertise and best practice in relevant areas including business processes, technologies, applications, and relevant data.

As Tech Lead in CRM, this also involves leading innovation efforts, driving digital transformation, and implementing systems that yield significant operational efficiencies for Mölnlycke's overall success.
The role can act as “Initiative lead” for any DCE cross team initiatives that needs active leadership in delivering the intended result (Definition of Done) as defined in the Initiative.

What you bring
Must haves :

Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.

Extensive relevant work experience. Minimum of 8 years working with leading software development and Salesforce development.

High level of technical expertise, such as mastery of cutting-edge technologies, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to architect solutions that drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong experience in agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.

System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms and technologies in full stack web development, experience of enterprise software using an API oriented architecture.
- Proficient in API management and system integrations

Experience from cloud computing platforms such as Azure and Amazon AWS
