What you’ll get to do
As an IT & Security Manager, you empower the whole organisation by ensuring their daily work is performed with the right technical equipment, tools and processes. You will continuously interact with all colleagues around the organisation, having a mindset that makes internal IT seamless, secure, and effective. Also you will drive IT-related objectives that enable the organisation to meet our strategic goals. Reporting to the CFO you’ll be part of our Operations team consisting of Finance, IT, Legal and People & Culture. The Operations team provides broad knowledge and serves as a cross-functional bridge for the organisation - we want to simplify things and stay true by being professional and great ambassadors of Detectify.
You will work both independently and in collaboration with your team members and key stakeholders driving:
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Detectify’s ISMS and up-keeping the standards required to maintain the ISO 27001 certification
Enabling AI adoption across the company by evaluating, procuring, and governing AI tools, ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements
System owner for company-wide IT infrastructure and operations i.e. Google, Jira, Slack etc.
Responsible for Identity and Access Management for IT systems not related to the product environment
Evaluating IT tools and third party vendors and help implementing and configure them
Onboarding and off-boarding of colleagues, including driving and improving these processes from an IT point of view
Negotiate with software and hardware suppliers as well as drive these processes and policies
Handling IT tickets and provide technical support for the organization
Setup and maintain the technical environment for all employees
Ensure that internal IT have the appropriate software for the function
Ensuring physical office equipment is meeting organization's needs and security standards
Who you are
You're a person that has a collaborative and proactive mindset combined with technical skills.
We think you have:
Hands on experience of driving and improving IT processes, IT support, access management and asset inventory (physical and information assets)
Experience of OS provisioning and Network knowledge
IT Security knowledge and hands on experience of SSO
ISO 27001 experience
Experience of Jira and Google workspace
As a person you are self-going and have a good eye for spotting improvements and appreciate a fast moving environment. To be successful in this role, we believe you have a solid service mindset and thrive working in an international environment. We expect you to be proficient English skills both written and verbal.
Hybrid work
This position is for the Stockholm office. We offer hybrid working, with access to our office in central Stockholm and would like to see you at the office at least 3 days per week.
