We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead our Finance and Legal Value Streams.
In this role, you’ll help shape how technology supports our business, ensuring that investments create meaningful value and support both operational excellence and long-term transformation.
Reporting to Matilda Rasmusson, Head of Business Relationship, you’ll be part of a collaborative and international environment where trust, ownership, and impact are highly valued.
What you'll be doing:

Define and evolve the strategic roadmaps for Finance & Legal

Lead discovery and pre-delivery activities, clarifying scope, value, and feasibility

Oversee intake and prioritization, balancing business impact, cost, and capacity

Build strong alignment across countries, group functions, and Technology teams

Act as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, ensuring business needs are translated into clear priorities and outcomes

Collaborate closely with Architects, Project Managers, and Development Teams

Define, track, and follow up on business cases and value realization

Manage dependencies, risks, and integrations across the product landscape

Facilitate effective governance and decision-making to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders
About you
We're looking for someone with proven Product Management experience, ideally within Finance, Legal, or a similar business area. You have a strong ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps, and are comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments where collaboration and stakeholder alignment are key to success.
