Location: Stockholm, Sweden | Full-time | Onsite
Sustainium is a B2B supplier of paper-based packaging to food and beverage manufacturers. We operate globally with a lean team, coordinating production, logistics, and delivery across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
We’re building scalable alternatives to plastic, and we’re now hiring an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily execution that keeps our supply chain accurate, cost-controlled, and on time.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, ideal for someone with approximately 2–4 years of experience who enjoys coordinating international shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, solving operational issues, and keeping multiple workflows organised.
The role is based at our Stockholm office and is primarily onsite, with flexibility to work from home on agreed days.
Applicants must already be based in Sweden and have the right to work in Sweden. We are not offering relocation or visa sponsorship for this position.

Coordinate with warehouses on stock levels, incoming goods, and stocktakes
Act as the central point of contact between clients, forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Monitor supplier costs and keep benchmarks updated to ensure competitive pricing
Handle delays and disruptions, adjusting plans to maintain delivery expectations
Contribute to the implementation and adoption of ERP systems, ensuring operational data is structured, accurate, and usable
Improve workflows and reduce manual work through better structure and automation
2–4 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, freight forwarding, or operations
Practical experience coordinating international shipments
Experience preparing or reviewing shipping documentation, including BLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices
Good working knowledge of Incoterms and ocean freight
Experience with invoicing and basic financial follow-up
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Ability to manage multiple shipments, workflows, and deadlines reliably
Clear and confident communication across clients, suppliers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Strong written and spoken English
Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment with high individual responsibility
Experience with inventory or warehouse coordination
Familiarity with Fortnox, Xero, ERP systems, or similar tools
Exposure to automation tools such as Zapier, Airtable, or Make
Experience in packaging, food and beverage, manufacturing, or another physical-product industry
Additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or Mandarin
A stable full-time role where precision and reliability are genuinely valued
A Stockholm-based working environment with flexibility to work from home on agreed days
Clear responsibility for day-to-day operational execution from the start
Exposure to international supply chains, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
A lean, international team where decisions are made quickly and directly
The opportunity to improve operational systems, workflows, and automation as we scale
Opportunity to gradually grow into broader operations and process ownership based on performance and company growth
We’re looking for someone who has already built a solid foundation in logistics and is ready for more responsibility. You enjoy making sure shipments move when they should, documentation is correct, timelines are followed, and nothing gets lost between suppliers, forwarders, warehouses, clients, and the internal team.
You are practical, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done.
