About Sweed Beauty
Sweed is a Swedish prestige beauty brand with a fast-growing international footprint. We work with leading retailers and distributors across Europe, the US and beyond, from Douglas and Nordstrom to Lyko and Beauty Salons. We build the brand with quality products, strong partnerships and commercial discipline.
We are now strengthening our B2B team with a senior commercial hire who can own accounts end-to-end, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and help shape the way we work as we scale.
The Role
This is a senior commercial ownership role. You are responsible for driving profitable growth across a portfolio of key retail and distributor accounts, with full accountability for planning, execution and results.
You operate at the intersection of commercial strategy and day-to-day execution. You know when to push, when to partner, and how to build trust. You report directly to the COO and contribute to decisions that shape Sweed Beauty’s international direction.
This is not a relationship-maintenance role. You own the agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Full commercial ownership of assigned accounts across our markets
P&L-level accountability: net sales, margin, sell-through and campaign ROI
Annual Business Plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly follow-up per account
Lead customer meetings and negotiations, from joint business planning to contract terms
Identify growth opportunities, risks and gaps; propose and drive corrective actions
Plan and execute campaigns, launches, online and in-store activations in close coordination with marketing and operations
Act as the senior commercial voice internally, ensuring cross-functional alignment on priorities, readiness and brand standards
Contribute to building scalable ways of working across the B2B function
Be a cultural bearer internally and externally
Who You Are
5+ years in a senior commercial role, Key Account Manager, Senior KAM, Commercial Manager or equivalent
Background in beauty, premium consumer brands, fashion, or retail/wholesale
Highly analytical and structured: you build forecasts, track KPIs and make decisions based on data
Experienced in leading formal business reviews with major retail partners
Comfortable with contract negotiations and managing complex, multi-market relationships
Confident operating with limited oversight, you set your own agenda and deliver against it
A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it over time
Fluent in English; Swedish or additional languages a plus
You want to show what great looks like, and you raise the bar for the people around you
You thrive in a scale-up environment: things move fast, not everything is defined, and you see that as opportunity rather than friction
