Job Overview

We're seeking a driven Senior JavaScript Engineer who is passionate about crafting immersive gaming experiences with an architectural mindset. As a developer, you thrive on finding the best solutions—always with both a short- and long-term perspective in mind. You understand when to build something that meets today’s needs, and when to invest in scalable, forward-thinking solutions that improve efficiency over time. You feel comfortable navigating technical discussions and can clearly articulate and defend your ideas with sound reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new game features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimise game and framework for speed, maintainability and quality
Analysing and solving development and production problems

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Typescript and Javascript
Experience in frontend development tools such as Webpack, jEST, etc
Experience in writing performant, high quality and reusable code
Experience and interest in code quality practices

Bonus Skills

Canvas and WebGL experience
C#
Hands-on experience in game development
Knowledge in building applications both for mobile and desktop browsers
Understanding of the entire build and release chain, from code to final product
Experience in automation techniques and tools
Experience with versioning tools, such as Bitbucket
