Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and accelerate new business growth across the Nordics region, with a strategic focus on Professional Services Organizations (PSO) and Not-for-Profit (NfP) customers.
This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape our market presence, drive commercial success, and build a high-performing sales organisation. You will define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, lead and develop a talented team, and personally drive complex enterprise opportunities with senior decision-makers.
As the commercial leader for PSO and NfP in the Nordics, you will combine deep market insight with strong leadership to drive sustainable growth, strengthen our competitive position, and deliver long-term customer value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our Nordics business.
What You'll Do
You'll lead Unit4's new business growth across the Nordics, inspiring and developing a high-performing sales team while driving strategic enterprise opportunities. You'll own regional strategy, pipeline health, forecasting, and execution, partnering across the business to accelerate growth, expand market presence, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. As a visible and influential leader, you'll develop talent, champion change, and help shape the future of Unit4 in the Nordics.
Qualifications
What You Bring

Proven success leading high-performing new business sales teams within SaaS or cloud software environments.

A strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and delivering sustainable growth.

Expertise in consultative, value-based selling, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

A hands-on leadership style, combining strategic vision with a willingness to lead from the front.

Experience building, developing, and scaling sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth, and/or private equity-backed environments.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance.

Experience selling ERP, Financial Management, EPM/FP&A, or other enterprise SaaS solutions into Professional Services, Not-for-Profit, or Public Sector organisations is highly desirable.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools.

A collaborative, customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence across functions and drive alignment.

Professional proficiency in English and Swedish, with the ability to operate confidently across the Nordic region.
