As our Art Atelier Manager, you will lead our in-house Art Atelier while creating and supporting the art and craftmanship yourself. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership with hands-on artistic work, shaping both the output and the people behind it. You will be responsible for ensuring that creative concepts and commercial priorities are translated into exceptional artistic execution.
You will coach, develop and inspire a talented team of seven, consisting of Creative Designers, Artwork Designers and a Photographer, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work in close partnership with the Art Concept Director to bring creative visions to life and ensure every collection meets the highest artistic and commercial standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the daily work and act as the closest day-to-day manager for the Art Atelier team incl. onboarding, feedback, performance development and team routines.

Translate approved art briefs, concepts and collection direction into clear production plans and high-quality artistic execution.

Guide, support and coach artists throughout the creative production process.

Contribute hands-on to artistic production, including painting, finishing and other atelier work.

Drive process improvements and explore new technologies, including AI-enabled creative workflows.

Ensure that artworks and collections are delivered in line with approved direction, quality expectations, timelines and commercial priorities.

Plan and manage studio workload, capacity, resource needs and delivery risks.

Collaborate closely with the Art Concept Director to ensure alignment between creative intention, collection direction and execution.

Contribute to the regular production of Art Atelier branding, “Behind the Art” content by sharing the atelier’s artistic process, craftsmanship and hands-on work, tutorials, DIY content and artist insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Mimimum 3 years of leadership experience.

Strong artistic background with experience working hands-on in a creative or atelier environment.

Ability to combine hands-on artistic contribution with daily team leadership and operational structure.

Strong understanding of creative production processes, craftsmanship and artistic execution.

Strong ability to translate approved art briefs, concepts and collection direction into clear production plans and high-quality output.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
