Your role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud pursuits end-to-end, from early opportunity shaping to successful deal closure
- Building a strong and qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, identifying early signals, and engaging new clients
- Structuring and driving opportunities with clear storyline, strong deal leadership, and coordination of internal stakeholders
- Delivering value-driven proposals with strong commercial discipline, competitive positioning, and forecasting accuracy
- Driving net-new business in the Swedish upper mid-market, focusing on repeatable and scalable cloud ERP offerings
Your profile
- Proven consultative sales track record in enterprise applications or transformation services, with experience leading end-to-end pursuits
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Public Cloud, and its value drivers for upper mid-market clients (standardised, scalable, fast-cycle deals
- Ability to build and progress pipeline proactively, from early engagement to qualified opportunities
- Strong commercial mindset including value-based selling, prioritisation, and structured bid execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive pace and accountability across internal teams
Note: Experience from SAP ecosystem collaboration (co-sell, alliances), cloud ERP packages, and industry knowledge within Swedish mid-market segments (e.g. manufacturing, services, distribution) is highly meritorious.
