Position
We are looking for an experienced Product Communication/Marketing Manager to join our Business Unit - Short-Range Radio. In this key role, you will be at the center of our product communication activities, shaping how our portfolio is positioned and communicated globally. You will work with products and connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and related wireless solutions. A portfolio primarily consisting of B2B wireless connectivity modules used across industries including smart industry, smart buildings, smart cities, healthcare, automotive, and consumer applications.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the global product communication strategy for the business unit. This includes driving clear, consistent, and impactful messaging for our products and portfolio, ensuring alignment across all channels and stakeholders.
As part of the Product Strategy team, you will work in close collaboration with the Corporate Marketing organization as well as external partners, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and high-quality execution. The position is based in Malmö, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues locally as well as in Berlin, Zürich, and across our global organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Business Unit’s product communication strategy.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and marketing content, including presentations, white papers, web content, catalogues, videos, demos, webinars, press and customer success stories.
- Lead product roadmap communication, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Create compelling messaging highlighting product value propositions, differentiators, and USPs, together with product managers.
- Define and coordinate go-to-market plans for new products and technologies.
- Execute go-to-market activities, including product launches and announcements.
- Plan and coordinate the Business Unit’s presence at industry events and trade fairs.
- Own and manage the marketing activity calendar, ensuring alignment and effective execution across initiatives.
- Act as the primary interface between the Business Unit and Corporate Marketing, also marketing collaboration with other business units.
- Drive and support joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Define KPIs for marketing activities, monitor performance, and analyze outcomes to optimize impact.
- Stay up to date with modern marketing trends and channels (digital, social media, video, events) and apply them effectively.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, communication, go-to-market, strategy within a B2B marketing environment, involving technical products preferably in the wireless or electronics domain.
- Solid experience in marketing and communication, with digital marketing and social media experience considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent skills in creating high-quality written and visual communication materials.
- Strong ability to synthesize diverse inputs into clear marketing assets and impactful communication.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills across functions and geographies.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong execution capabilities.
- Experience in project management or leading cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Valid Swedish work permit.
