We are looking for an experienced Program Business Analyst to join a major transformation initiative within the financial services sector. In this role, you will support the implementation of a next-generation platform that will help modernize and future-proof critical business services and operations.
The assignment combines Business Analysis, Data Stewardship, Data Mapping, and Reference Data Management, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear, traceable, and implementable data mappings while ensuring that reference data is properly defined, governed, and consistently applied across systems and integrations.
You will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure that data assets are aligned, controlled, and fit for downstream consumption. The role is focused on delivering high-quality mapping logic and integration inputs rather than data modeling. You will also contribute to structured and version-controlled data mapping processes using GitHub-based workflows and tools.

Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, preferably in technology-driven environments.
Experience working with regulatory and compliance-related initiatives and translating business needs into structured requirements.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, complex datasets, data mapping, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams in complex environments.
