Founding Events Producer Part-time to start · Hagby Farm, Täby / Stockholm
We are building https://www.hagbyfarm.com/ into a place where interesting people, ideas, and experiences collide. Hagby is a prime location: 35 hectares near nature, tremendous Viking and Swedish history, 20 minutes from the city.
We're starting with chef pop-ups and dinners. The ambition is bigger: salons, founder gatherings, workshops, residencies, offsites, formats nobody's invented yet.
I need someone to build this with me.
This isn't an event-manager job. I want co-founder energy — someone who can take "we should do this" and turn it into a room of great people having a night they'll talk about for weeks.
You'll start part-time. If it works, it gets much bigger.
What you'll do
- Run events at Hagby Farm, start to finish
- Develop new formats — honestly, we don't know yet what half of these will look like
- Find and wrangle chefs, speakers, creators, partners
- Build guest lists. Get the right people in the room.
- Handle the machinery: vendors, schedules, logistics, staffing, budgets, follow-up
- Build relationships across Stockholm's food, tech, creative, and cultural scenes
- Turn one-off events into something with momentum and a community around it
- Bring me ideas. Run with them.
Who I'm looking for Probably someone who:
- Has produced real events, hospitality experiences, or cultural projects — professionally or not
- Has taste, and knows what makes people want to show up
- Is organized without being bureaucratic
- Can negotiate with a supplier at 2pm and charm a room of founders at 8pm
- Knows Stockholm. Likes connecting people.
- Is fine operating with very little structure
- Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told
- Wants to build something — not just execute someone else's calendar
Hospitality, restaurants, startups, media, culture, community, events — all useful. A strange career path is fine. Preferred, even.
About Hagby Farm A working farm north of Stockholm that we are turning into a home for food, entrepreneurship, culture, and ambitious people. The thesis: build a place worth showing up to, bring exceptional people into it, give them reasons to come back. We're early. That's the point.

Commitment: Part-time to start, flexible from there Start: Whenever we find the right person
