Contributing to business development and proposal work
Strengthening our culture, methodologies, and internal capabilities
Taking responsibility for building our firm into what it should become in this new AI powered age of consulting
You likely have:
5+ years of experience in management consulting from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment
Experience in incorporating AI in all aspects of the consulting delivery
A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach
Deep experience in growth strategy, business model development, operating models and organizational transformation
Expertise in one or more areas that reflects our offerings at Eidra, such as Brand & Communication, Marketing & Sales, Innovation & Experience, Technology & Product or AI.
The ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly
Experience leading projects and managing complex stakeholder environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
A genuine interest in business, people, and how organizations create lasting change
