We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of one of our products, Arbit. Arbit simplifies and automates insurance workflows, helping companies manage end-to-end claims processes, including auto glass & pet insurance, more efficiently and with significant administrative savings.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our flagship product, ensuring it evolves in line with changing customer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.
You’ll be a part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to discover and solve meaningful problems in ways that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. But also deliver solutions that create real value. This is not just a feature request fulfillment role, your mission is to help us solve the right problems, in the right ways, through modern product practices.
Take full ownership of the existing product, ensuring it is continuously maintained, improved, and evolves to meet customer and business needs.
Lead continuous product discovery with engineering and design to validate customer problems and solution hypotheses before development.
Own the product strategy, team priorities and delivery (including maintenance of existing customers)
Communicate progress effectively across teams and stakeholders
Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement

We believe you bring:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS company
Proven ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to run discovery, test assumptions, and deliver valuable product outcomes
Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as user interviews, prototype testing, and market analysis
Comfort with product analytics to drive prioritization and assess impact
Excellent communication skills, able to align and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A desire to help drive our transition toward modern product development, contributing to both product success and organizational maturity
Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in the finance or insurance industry is nice to have

Good to know
Our office is located at Körsbärsvägen 5 in Stockholm, near KTH (moving to new premises at Drottninggatan mid September 2026). We have a flexible model where you can work from home but most work from the office 3-4 days a week.
