But the majority are still unable to turn their passion into their main profession. Fans are desperate to meet their favourite creators, but the creators themselves lack the necessary infrastructure and support to do so. We are here to change all that.
Paragast is active within the space of online entertainment & communities, enabling digital creators to connect with their fans in live video-calls.
We are located in one of the hotspots for European tech-startups - Stockholm, Sweden, and part of the incubator SSE Business Lab with alumni such as Klarna & VOI.
About the role:
We are now looking for a motivated and outgoing Talent Management Intern, with a passion for content creators and influencers. You will be our touchpoint when reaching out, onboarding, and staying in contact with creators.
Knowledge about creator and community platforms such as:
YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram and Discord is a huge bonus!
What you will do:

Identify, approach, and qualify the best talents for our platform.
- Effectively build strong relationships with talents/creators & onboard them on our platform, as well as guide them along the way.
- Use your creativity to find new innovative ways to generate sales leads
- Provide a weekly report on your recruitment activity.
You will be supporting and supported by our Talent Team - and be an important part of our fast-paced work.
