Nimbus Group is accelerating the growth of its Professional Boats business, driven by increasing demand from government agencies, rescue organizations, and defense customers across the Nordic region and beyond. Therefore we are looking for a Tender Delivery Lead.
You are:
A hands-on and business-driven engineer who actively works across the full business cycle—identifying opportunities, driving tender work, engaging directly with customers, and leading delivery projects through to completion. The role requires taking ownership end-to-end: from shaping competitive bids and managing commercial dialogue to ensuring smooth execution, testing, and final delivery to the customer. You are customer-oriented and have a required technical proficiency to take full responsibility of the project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Business Opportunities
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, authorities, and key industry stakeholders
Engage with the market through participation in trade shows and relevant forums
Tendering & Proposal Management
Lead and coordinate the full bid/tender process
Ensure that tenders meet customer requirements, deadlines, and internal guidelines
Commercial Responsibility & Customer Interface
Recipient of pre-series for series production
Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for delivery projects.
Ensure clear communication and strong customer relationships throughout the project
Manage change requests and implementation within delivery projects
Final delivery and client acceptance
Lead and drive delivery projects from start to completion
Ensure delivery of all units according to agreement
