Talentech is building the leading HR tech platform in the Nordics and beyond. We came together through a merger and we're now in the most interesting part of that journey, bringing products, teams, and markets together into something more powerful than what existed before. The foundation is in place, the direction is clear, and the ambition is real. Marketing performance and commercial ROI will be central to how we scale — and that's where you come in.
About the role
As our Marketing Analyst, you'll own how we measure, report on, and improve marketing performance across the full funnel. That means building the dashboards leadership actually uses, defining the metrics that matter, and translating complex data into clear recommendations that help the team make better decisions. You'll sit close to Paid Media, CRM, Finance, and Data — connecting the dots between what we spend and what we generate.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to live in spreadsheets and send reports nobody reads. It's for someone who cares about what the data actually means, and who wants to help a scaling Nordic SaaS company understand what's working and double down on it.
What you'll be doing
- Own and develop our marketing data strategy aligned with commercial goals
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive reporting with clear KPIs and actionable insights
- Define and track core performance metrics across the full funnel — from spend to pipeline to revenue
- Drive attribution modelling, forecasting, and campaign performance measurement
- Lead campaign performance reviews and work with the team on optimisation
- Partner closely with Paid Media, CRM, Finance, and Data teams
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both marketing and leadership
- Build processes, automation, and ways of working that scale across markets and products
What we're looking for
- 2–4+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance data
- Experience owning marketing performance reporting with clear business impact
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and growth drivers
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid SQL skills and good knowledge of GA4
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting automation
- Able to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders, including leadership
- Structured and comfortable building process where little exists
- Fluent in English
We think you are
- Curious about what drives performance and growth — not just what the numbers say, but why
- Comfortable with complexity, but focused on making things clear and actionable
- Confident working across teams and stakeholders at different levels
- Someone who takes ownership and builds structure where it's missing
