As our Commercial Coordinator in Norway & Sweden, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by improving the efficiency of the sales process, ensuring high-quality lead management, and maximizing opportunities within existing customer accounts. This role acts as an important link between customers, Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What you’ll be doing…
Qualify, prioritize, and manage incoming sales leads from the Norwegian and Swedish markets.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to assess product suitability, project requirements, and any special technical or commercial considerations.
Manage enquiries from existing customers by assessing needs, providing assistance where appropriate, or directing requests to the relevant Sales representative, Customer Support, or other internal teams.
Support customer lifecycle management for assigned customer accounts, identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system and prepare reports to support sales planning and performance tracking.
Coordinate effectively across departments to ensure timely follow-up and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal sales processes and administrative workflows.

If you have any of the following – this would be an added advantage:
Experience or knowledge within insulation products, building materials, or related technical products/services is preferred.
Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in sales, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Norwegian and Swedish, along with good English communication skills, is highly desirable.
