Key Responsibilities and Tasks
User support
- Provide onsite support for end users in Sickla/Nacka and remote support for users across the Nordic and Baltic region
- Handle standard IT incidents, service requests and workplace support needs related to laptops, mobile phones, Windows clients, peripherals, collaboration tools, access, basic software and common workplace services
- Ensure users receive clear communication, practical guidance and timely follow-up to maintain consistent ticket quality and a positive end-user experience
- Handle assigned incidents and service requests according to agreed ITSM processes and local working routines
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and collaborate with vendors where needed
- Cooperate with local stakeholders or other Group IT teams when required
- Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvement ideas to processes and automation possibilities
- Contribute to documentation, local work instructions and knowledge articles
- Support local implementation activities during project rollouts, migrations or workplace changes when assigned
Compliance and asset management
- Support asset lifecycle activities including delivery, return, refurbishment and replacement of IT equipment
- Execute assigned compliance tasks according to Group IT standards and local instructions
- Follow security and compliance routines when handling devices, user access, data and equipment
- Support conference room equipment and standard workplace technology
Knowledge / Educational Requirements
- Relevant IT education, certification or equivalent experience from end-user support, service desk, workplace services or onsite IT support
- Good technical knowledge of Windows clients, laptops, peripherals, printers, meeting room equipment and common workplace technologies
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and standard digital workplace services
- Good understanding of ITIL principles, incident, service request, escalation and SLA processes
- Understanding of endpoint management, asset handling and compliance-related routines is beneficial
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Local Nordic language skills are an advantage depending on stakeholder scope
Experience Requirements
- Experience from IT support, onsite support, service desk or a similar technical support role
- Experience handling incidents, service requests and user communication
- Experience working with ITSM tools and ticket handling. ServiceNow experience is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with local and remote teams is beneficial
