Electrical Engineering group is responsible for creating the customer specific electrical designs, all the electrical documentation for all customer projects on Gas Turbines.
We have multiple positions within electrical engineering group. These positions are spread across the following sub departments.

Controls and Equipment measurement:
Electrical Engineering are responsible for creating the customer specific electrical designs and all the electrical documentation for customer projects on Gas Turbines. Within Control Equipment and Measurement (CEM) we work with the design of the control cabinets. This includes layouts, component lists, circuit diagrams, internal wiring/cables, network map, signal exchange list and fuse lists, all in close collaboration with our control department and the rest of the electrical department.
Together with your colleagues, you work on customer order projects, ensuring the customer requirements are met in both design and documentation.
You will act as support for both the assembly and Site and the work also includes some contact with subcontractors, purchasing and the sales organization.
As part of your work within the projects, you will also attend the workshop to support the projects through the complete assembly.

Electrical Installations:
Within Electrical installation we work with the design of the overall installation, including for example cables, cable trays, junction boxes and the overall routing. Together with your colleagues, you work on customer order projects, ensuring the customer requirements are met in both design and documentation.

After Market Services (Electrical) : Mods and Upgradation
Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the customer in Electrical and Instrumentation Controls for Gas turbine. With well understanding of Electrical and Instrument circuits used in Power plant packages and with the standards
-
Create or modify Single line Diagram for LV, Load list, Circuit diagram, cable table, connection table, internal wiring for Cubicles & Junction box. Prepare layout drawings for Junction box and cubicles as per the CDL and to the Project specific.

Creation/Revision of All electrical and Instrumentation Controls related documents required for the project based in AutoCAD/COMOS.

Co-ordinate and communicate with various system engineer to understand the electrical & controls requirements and incorporate the required changes in affecting electrical documents.

Provide technical support to Site Query.

Creating of Electrical Spare part list.
-
Component selection of Electrical and Instrumentations cubicles and filed instruments.
-
Hans on experience in VFD selection and commissioning.
-
Hans on experience in Generator Parts selection and trouble shoot methodologies.
-
Knowledge on Steam and Gas turbine Control panels and Electrical panels.
Electrical Auxillary R&D:
COMOS Administration & Engineering Support
-
Configure COMOS projects, including user roles, access rights, data structures, and workflows
-
Develop and customize attributes, tabs, base objects, standard tables, catalogs, templates, and libraries
-
Strong understanding of COMOS data model & object hierarchy
-
Design and maintain engineering templates, forms, and reports in line with project and organizational standards
-
Perform data migration, system deployment, and integration with third‑party tools
-
Provide Level 3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
-
Collaborate with IT, engineering, and global stakeholders for seamless system integration.
Oil and Gas:
-
Create electrical designs for oil and gas facilities, including power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
-
Oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
-
Ensure all electrical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations, including IEC, NEC, and local codes.
-
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and safety personnel, to ensure integrated project execution.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports
-
Provide on-site support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
-
Familiar with NEC (NFPA 70) standard (which provides guidelines for safe electrical design, installation, and inspection in the United States)
-
Familiar with IEC standards (such as IEC 60079, cover equipment used in explosive atmospheres, which is particularly relevant in oil and gas operations.)
-
Further candidate familiar with these standards such as ANSI, IEEE standards, OSHA regulations, API standards, NFPA, UL Standards IECEx Certification would be considered as merit.
Work Experience
Control Equipment and measurements:
-
Relevant education within electrical engineering and have at least 5+ years of experience in the field.
-
Experience with SPHA is a strong merit or other relevant I/O solutions
-
Previous experience of power generation products is a strong advantage.
-
Experience some electrical CAD programs and have worked with layouts and circuit diagrams, strong preference being COMOS.
-
Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.
Electrical Installations:
-
Relevant education within electrical engineering and have at least 5+ years of experience in the field.
-
A good understanding on the demands of ATEX/IEC Ex and work to ensure both quality and safety. ATEX/IEC Ex certification is a strong positive merit.

Previous experience of power generation products is a strong advantage.

Experience with COMOS is preferred or similar electrical design & detailing tools. Experience in SAP is also useful.

Ability t0 communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.
After Market Services (Electrical) : Mods and Upgradation
Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering
-
6-12 years of experience in Electrical Design using AutoCAD or COMOS or E-Plan
-
Electrical System Design Engineering.
-
Abilities to work independently in an efficient way.

COMOS/PLM/SAP Knowledge is meritorious
