We’re on the hunt for a passionate, driven, and structured Sous Chef to lead our dynamic, guest-facing kitchen at Hobo Hotel Stockholm.
If you are a self-starter who thrives when working independently, loves keeping a team spirit alive, and knows how to maintain a sharp, profitable food operation, keep reading.
What you’ll be doing (besides cooking wonderful food…)
As our Sous Chef, you will own the day-to-day operations of our bar and events kitchen. Because this is a focused, fast-moving outlet, you will frequently work independently during service while managing the bigger picture:
Concept & Dish Updates: Ensuring our established Hobo food concept is followed flawlessly, while taking charge of updating dishes and calculating food costs when introducing new items.
Operational Independence: Managing the day-to-day kitchen routines, from prep to service, often working solo to deliver highest-quality guest experiences.
Inventory & Orders: Taking full responsibility for stock inventory, tracking metrics for management, and making smart, budget-conscious orders.
Hygiene & Safety Ownership: Taking full charge of maintaining pristine cleanliness, food safety standards, and strict adherence to hygiene and fire safety routines.
Team Spirit & Coordination: Inspiring the wider team, coordinating activities, and keeping energy high so that a positive vibe travels from the pass to our guests.
Who are you?

A true role model who treats both guests and colleagues with respect and kindness.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Legally allowed to work in Sweden
