The role
Are you a hands-on marketer who enjoys delivering campaigns, events and follow-up activity that supports sales and customers? This role is part of an international marketing team and reports to the Regional Marketing Manager – Northern Europe.
As Regional Marketeer for the Northern Europe, you are responsible for executing the regional marketing plan across our markets. You run campaigns, events, webinars and local activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and are relevant for each market. Success in this role is measured through on-time delivery, event and campaign execution quality, localisation accuracy, and your contribution to lead follow-up and pipeline progression.
You adapt centrally created content for local use and make sure it is ready for sales teams and customers. You also support follow-up activity, helping move leads, accounts and opportunities forward through strong execution. This is a delivery-focused role. You do not own strategy or budget, but you play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is executed to a high standard and supports pipeline progression.
In this role, the UK acts as the hub and Sweden as the spoke. You will ensure work scales across both markets, with appropriate localisation and strong local relevance in Sweden. The role requires a hands-on approach in the market, including attending events, working closely with sales teams, and gathering ongoing market input. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office.
What will you do?
- Deliver campaigns, webinars and events across the UK and Sweden
- Support sales teams with campaign follow-up, lead handover and named-account activity
- Adapt and localise marketing content and assets for the Swedish market
- Execute customer marketing activities (retention, upsell, cross-sell)
- Support local PR activities and regional partnerships
- Coordinate with central marketing teams on assets and timelines
- Ensure all materials are accurate, usable and aligned to local market needs
- Support post-event follow-up and next-step actions
- Keep delivery on track and flag any risks early
What do we expect from you?
- Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written), with the ability to confidently adapt and review local marketing content
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing (ideally in tech or construction)
- Strong organisational and delivery skills
- Experience running campaigns, events or webinars
- Good communication and collaboration skills (marketing + sales teams)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities at once
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear priorities
- Interest in working across international markets (UK & Sweden)
What can we offer you?
