BYREDO is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our point of sale at Åhléns City, Stockholm. The position is a temporary assignment covering a period of study leave through July 2027, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key partner to the Store Manager and play an important part in the daily success of the store. You will combine a strong presence on the shop floor with responsibility for supporting business performance, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will help translate strategy into daily action, supporting the team in delivering an elevated client experience, driving commercial priorities, and ensuring the store operates in line with brand standards. The role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people, leading by example, and contributing to both team development and store results.
You will act as a trusted operational partner to the Store Manager and step in as Acting Store Manager when required, ensuring continuity across sales, service, and operational routines.
