The RealSprint journey dates back to 2013, when it all started without an idea – yet with a deep, intense belief that by bringing together a mixture of curious, dedicated minds in an encouraging, unconstrained space, excellence would follow. At the core, we believe that generosity, trust, and passion are crucial to harnessing each individual’s full potential and an absolute necessity to set out for problems that others ignore or fail at – problems that we have a never-ending drive to seek the answer for. The people-first approach is present in everything we do – it’s the very reason behind our relentless appetite to re-think and challenge the conventional and the desire to always do a little bit better. It’s an expression of Swedish-crafted excellence, but most importantly – it pushes us forward.
