Your Role
As a Business Analyst within our Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory team, you will work at the intersection of business, IT, and regulatory frameworks—supporting leading pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies. You are employed by Capgemini Engineering and work as a consultant in high-impact initiatives across the clinical domain. In this role, you will take ownership of business analysis activities and contribute to shaping digital solutions that support clinical development, regulatory compliance, and patient-centric outcomes. Depending on assignment, you may also take on responsibilities typical of an IT Project Manager, contributing to delivery leadership and coordination in complex, regulated environments.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Acting as a key Business Analyst in cross-functional project teams, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, subject matter experts, and fellow consultants
- Leading requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives within pharma and clinical environments
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements
- Advising clients on best practices within clinical IT, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory frameworks, and project outcomes
- In some assignments, contribute to or support delivery leadership by coordinating activities, managing dependencies, and supporting structured delivery in regulated IT initiatives
Your Profile
- A university degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated clinical environments
- Strong expertise in business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes, GxP environments, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GCP, GDPR)
- Hands-on experience with clinical IT systems and/or requirements and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Experience or interest in supporting IT delivery, coordination, or project management activities within clinical or regulated IT initiatives is considered a strong advantage
