RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact potential clients by phone, introduce our services ( educational online investment platform), and present them in an engaging way
- Provide support and guidance on the platform and trading products, answering questions
- Achieve sales targets while focusing on customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Swedish(C1+).
- High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication.
- Previous sales experience will be valued (call centre, telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, multicultural team.
- EU passport or Swedish national ID required for a contract
