OXE Marine is looking for an experienced and driven Global Technical Service Manager to join our global aftermarket team, based full time in Ängelholm, Sweden. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate daily aftermarket and technical support operations across our international service network. Reporting directly to the Director of Aftermarket, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality technical support, efficient service coordination, and continuous process improvement.
This is a dynamic position that works closely with the Aftermarket, Engineering, and Sales teams, offering a varied and rewarding work environment where no two days are the same.
You are not expected to travel frequently but may be required from time to time. Your role is to lead the “first line support” for the company’s aftermarket service and support. You will work from Ängelholm alongside the Global Warranty Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Technical Service Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate and manage global aftermarket support activities together with our international team of technicians and Technical Area Managers (TAM).
Liaise with customers and plan and coordinate field trips for installation and service work with TAM’s and own the global aftermarket planning tool.
Monitor the global support hot line and ensure timely responses to end customers.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee day-to-day technical service activities in a fast-paced global environment.
Support and guide Technical Area Managers and field service technicians in operational and technical matters.
Review, quality-check, and approve technical documentation and service reports before customer distribution.
Ensure accurate installation reporting, field reporting, and service documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to distributors, dealers, and service partners worldwide.
Prepare and manage spare parts quotations and related aftermarket documentation.
Coordinate communication between internal departments to ensure efficient case handling and customer support.
Contribute to the development of reporting structures, service processes, and digital/AI-driven support solutions.
Ensure customer cases are followed through from initial support request to final resolution, both remotely and on-site when required.

Qualifications & Experience
Strong leadership and coordination skills within technical service operations.
Experience from the marine, diesel engine, automotive, or heavy equipment industry as a Service Manager or small business owner.
Good knowledge of aftermarket service processes and knowledge of hosting training and developing training processes is advantageous.
Mechanical and/or electrical technical background with knowledge of common rail diesel engines and outboard engines.
Solid boating background required, knowledge of outboard engine installation and integrated systems on a vessel is required to understand the full picture.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is highly meritorious.
Experience reviewing technical reports and identifying inconsistencies or technical gaps.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global organization.
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of handling time-sensitive situations.
Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in modern reporting and AI-driven service solutions.
Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
