The Principal Executive Compensation Partner is responsible for the design, administration, governance, and communication of executive compensation programs for a publicly traded company listed on the Swedish stock market. This role serves as the key subject matter expert supporting the Remuneration Committee, Board of Directors, executive leadership team, and shareholders on executive compensation matters, with a particular focus on global long-term incentive programs.
The position ensures that executive compensation arrangements are aligned with business strategy, shareholder expectations, Swedish corporate governance requirements, applicable tax and legal regulations, and global market practices. The role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, External Advisors, and HR colleagues worldwide to deliver effective compensation programs that support attraction, retention, and performance.
Executive Compensation Strategy
Provide recommendations regarding executive base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and other executive compensation elements.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program Design & Administration
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global equity and long-term incentive programs, including performance share plans, restricted share plans, stock option programs, and other equity-based compensation arrangements.
Manage the full annual LTI cycle, including grant processes, vesting events, performance tracking, participant communications, and reporting.
Coordinate with external plan administrators, brokers, tax advisors, payroll providers, and legal counsel to ensure accurate plan execution.
Oversee compliance with applicable securities regulations, stock exchange requirements, insider trading restrictions, and disclosure obligations.
Remuneration Committee & Board Support
Develop high-quality committee and Board materials, including presentations, compensation analyses, benchmarking studies, decision papers, and meeting documentation.
Executive Compensation Governance & Communications
Prepare compensation disclosures for the Annual Report, Compensation Report, proxy-related materials, and other public filings.
Shareholder & Investor Support
Legal, Tax & Compliance Coordination
Act as the central coordinator with internal and external legal, tax, accounting, and compensation advisors regarding global LTI programs.
Support the assessment of legal, tax, accounting, securities, and governance implications of compensation programs across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare executive compensation analyses, cost projections, dilution assessments, and scenario modeling.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field .
7+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, equity compensation, corporate governance, or related disciplines.
Experience working with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory matters relating to equity compensation.

The monthly salary for this position is between 65,000 SEK - 81,250 SEK. Fac tors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
